To offer our customers the best value, our shipping charges are based upon actual carrier shipping costs, plus a nominal handling fee of $0.75 per book ordered.

A sales tax of 8.4% is added to all orders shipped to residents of WA. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside Washington State.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For all orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as SharedInk gift certificates. We do not accept checks, money orders or COD.

Is there a charge for creating online books and uploading photos?
No, the online book service is completely free to use. Each member gets a generous amount of storage capacity (50MB), such that a sufficient number of high-resolution photos may be uploaded to their online books. You may create as many online books as you wish, as long as you do not exceed your storage capacity. Sign up today for your free membership.

How many sheets of paper are in the standard 20-page book?
Since we print double-sided, 1 sheet of paper will have 2 pages. The standard 20-page book contains 10 sheets of paper, printed front and back.

Once I place my order, how soon can I expect my hardcover book?
After placing your order, it will be shipped within 4-7 business days via the shipping method you choose. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that the 4-7 business days does not include time spent in transit, which will vary depending upon the shipping method you choose.

A good rule of thumb for US-based customers is to plan on receiving your order 2.5 weeks after placing it when choosing Ground shipping; international customers should plan on receiving your order 3.5 weeks after it placing it when choosing Airmail shipping.
