What forms of payment do you accept?
For all orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as SharedInk
gift certificates. We do not accept checks, money orders or COD.

Can I order multiple books on the same order to save on shipping costs?
Yes, you can order two or more different books on the same order to combine shipping costs by doing the following:
1. Go through the process of ordering the first book, but stop at the "Your Shopping Cart" page.
2. Instead of proceeding to checkout, you should jump to the other book you want to order by selecting
it from the drop down select box at the top left of the screen (where it says "Go To: My Projects").
3. Now go through the process of the ordering the second book. When you get to the "Your Shopping Cart"
page, there will now be two separate items in your cart.
4. Repeat Steps 2 & 3 for as many other books you wish to order. When you have all the books in
your cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the "Your Shopping Cart" page.

Can I ship a hardcover book directly to a friend?
Yes, you may ship your order to any address that we ship to. If your order is a gift, don't
worry about the recipient seeing the price. No pricing information is included in the package.

Can I ship a single order to multiple addresses?
Currently, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses. If you need to send items to more
than one recipient, you'll need to place an order for each shipping destination.

Can I ship to an APO or FPO address?
Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO addresses via U.S. Priority Mail. Follow these steps to enter
an APO or FPO address:
- Enter the recipient's full name and address in the relevant fields.
- Enter "APO" or "FPO" in the City field.
- Enter "AE" in the State/Province/Prefecture field if the recipient is stationed in
Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA" if the recipient is
stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or
the Pacific.
- Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United States" from the
Country drop-down menu.

What shipping options are available for international orders?
When shipping internationally, we offer up to 4 shipping options (depending upon destination and weight
of the package). The shipping charge is always based upon the weight of the package, and we base our
rates directly off the rates that are charged by the carrier (when you go through checkout, the shipping
rates get calculated by getting the rates directly from the carrier in real-time).
International shipping options
- First-Class Mail International
Economical airmail service. Shipments are NOT trackable.
10 - 15 business days
- Priority Mail International
Accelerated airmail service. Shipments can be tracked online with USPS Track & Confirm services.
6 - 10 business days
- Express Mail International - EMS
Shipments are handled on an expedited basis in the destination country. Shipments can be
tracked online with USPS Track & Confirm services.
5 business days
- Global Express Guaranteed - GXG
Premium international service providing date-certain delivery. Shipments are fully trackable.

Once I place my order, how soon can I expect to receive my hardcover book?
After placing your order, it will be shipped within 5-7 business days via the shipping method you choose. When
you place your order, you will be given your order's estimated ship date. Please note that business days are
Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that the 5-7 business days does not include time spent in transit, which will vary depending upon the
shipping method you choose.
A good rule of thumb for US-based customers is to plan on receiving your order 2.5 weeks after placing it when choosing
Ground shipping; international customers should plan on receiving your order 3.5 weeks after it placing it when choosing
Airmail shipping.
