Once I sign up for a new account and I start creating my own WebBooks, will they be saved?
After signing up, everything you create will be saved. You don't need to sign up as a "paid" customer. The site is completely free to use (up to 50MB worth of storage). You only pay for those book products that you order, such as a professionally printed and bound hardcover book of your WebBook.

What's the difference between my account information and nicknames?
Your account information contains all of the "global" information (i.e. the information that is valid regardless of whether you are in a WebBook or not). Your account information contains the information you entered when you signed up, such as first name, last name and e-mail address. Nicknames, on the other hand, are specified on a per-WebBook basis, so you may have different NickNames in different WebBooks (i.e. have the nickname 'Uncle Joe' in a babybook for nephew, but 'High Roller' in a vacation book for trip to Vegas).

I can't sign in - I get the message "The e-mail address you entered could not be found in the database".
When signing in, you must specify the exact same e-mail address as the one you used when signing up for a new account. For your convenience, this e-mail address is listed on your "Welcome New Member" confirmation e-mail. If you don't have your confirmation e-mail and are unsure of the e-mail you specified when signing up for a new account, send e-mail to support@sharedink.com and we'll help you.
