Why don't graphics show up in e-mails sent to me from SharedInk?
For members with a Hotmail (i.e. user@hotmail.com) or MSN (i.e. user@msn.com) e-mail address, Microsoft has implemented some policy changes whereby graphics embedded in e-mails will not be shown automatically when opened, unless the e-mail is from a "Trusted Source".
To ensure that you see your e-mail notifications exactly as intended, as well as to ensure that they get routed directly to your inbox, we ask that you add our e-mail address, support@sharedink.com, to your contacts or safe list.
